How We Create Our Designs

The design is then positioned onto the product and secured with heat proof tape before the heat transfer process begins.

Once the printed transfer is in place, the item is placed into a heat press. This can be flat, for coasters, notebooks and other flat pieces, or a cylinder for mugs and other curved items. For some items such as water bottles or coffee cannisters, which are too big for a mug press, we use a sublimation oven, and heat shrink wrap to apply the pressure,
